Meet Yosef Adde – In the real estate world, I started as an agent in downtown LA and got married to the most amazing woman in the South Bay. After we got married, we decided to call Redondo Beach our home. I quickly became one of KW South Bay’s highest grossing realtors, and then started my own investment firm. I now buy properties all over the Los Angeles area. Some properties I buy to fix up and resell, others I keep as rentals and sometimes I also work with other investors depending on the situation.
